Please note: this application is still in development and a few features are not available yet but they’re coming soon. I’m working on it daily and shipping improvements continuously.

who is it for ?

This system is designed primarily for Team Leaders and Shift Managers who need visibility and control over tickets across teams. At the moment, it’s not ideal for individual agents working fully independently, because role-based (hierarchical) permissions are still in progress. This is the next major feature: each user will have a dedicated view showing their assigned tickets, updates, and workflow.

  • Custom severity categories Currently: Normal, Medium, Important
  • Custom ticket statuses Currently: Observation, On Going, Investigating, Completed, Technician Arranged
  • Custom ticket levels Currently: Easy, Medium, Hard
  • ole-based permissions (hierarchical access) User-specific views and permissions are planned and will be added soon.
  • Phone not applicable Application not scalable for phone users

bugs

  • Minor UI issues when the file system has no data(for example before creating any groups, users or tickets.)

create organization

After signing in, you can either join an existing organization (tenant) or create your own. A tenant is simply an organization workspace where you can invite other team leaders and managers. After creating an organization, open it to enter the application.

create users, departments and tickets

Once you enter the organization, you’ll land on the Dashboard. If it’s empty, go to the Manage page to create your first users, departments (groups), and tickets. Assign each user to a department so the dashboard can display and filter data by department.
